What We Do
Chiwo Global Adventures is a destination management company based in Nairobi. We plan and run trips, and we handle the travel arrangements around them: flights, accommodation, vehicles, visas, insurance, transfers and conferences.
Clients use us for one service or for all of them. Some come to us only for ticketing. Others ask us to manage an entire trip and everything it involves.
Plan My SafariTailor-Made Safaris & Tours
We build itineraries around what you want to see and how you prefer to travel. That might be the Maasai Mara, Diani, Mount Kenya, or a route that covers more than one destination. We agree the pace, accommodation and order of the trip with you rather than handing you a fixed programme.
Ticketing: Domestic, Regional & International
We look for direct and cost-effective flight schedules and routings for your trip, and we pass on the special rates available to us. You receive two or three options by email so you can compare schedules and prices before deciding.
Visa & Travel Insurance Assistance
We guide you through visa applications, keep you updated on entry requirements for the countries on your route, and arrange travel insurance for individuals and groups.
Corporate Group Discounts & Incentives
We negotiate volume rates with preferred airlines for groups travelling together. A group of ten adult passengers may qualify for a special rate, arranged with the airline and subject to seat availability. The earlier we receive your numbers and dates, the better the chance of holding a suitable rate.
Hotel & Lodge Reservations
We book accommodation across Kenya and East Africa, from tented camps and safari lodges to city hotels. We work with properties we know, so we can advise on options that suit your budget and the kind of trip you are taking.
Car Hire & Transfers
We provide well-maintained vehicles with experienced drivers, including 4x4s and tour vans. Rental periods are flexible, and we arrange airport pickups, inter-city transfers and transport throughout your trip.
Meet & Assist Services
Our representatives meet clients at airports and SGR stations, assist with luggage and help them reach their onward connection. This service is useful for first-time visitors, older travellers and groups arriving on separate flights.
Conference Facilities
We arrange conferences for groups of different sizes in Kenya and the wider region. We work with hotels and lodges equipped for meetings, help select a venue that meets your requirements, and confirm that the required equipment is in place before delegates arrive.
